- Lead and develop an existing human resources team covering talent acquisition, onboarding, and core people operations
- Guide and evolve established HR systems, processes, and platforms with a continuous-improvement mindset
- Design and execute people strategies aligned with rapid organizational growth and new team formation
- Partner with senior leadership to support workforce planning, hiring velocity, and organizational effectiveness
- Serve as the primary advisor on employee-related matters, policies, and compliance considerations
- Assess current HR operations within the first 90 days and deliver a structured enhancement roadmap thereafter
