About the Role:
- Remote-based, senior commercial leadership role focused on driving strategic growth across healthcare and life sciences accounts
- Own full-cycle business development, from qualified outreach and executive engagement through needs assessment, solution development, and close
- Build and expand relationships across key stakeholder groups, including brand, patient engagement, digital, innovation, and market access teams
- Lead a consultative sales process, translating complex client needs into tailored strategic solutions
- Focus on net-new business while also identifying opportunities to expand and deepen existing partnerships
- Partner closely with internal marketing and business development resources to accelerate pipeline generation and meeting conversion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with client success and delivery teams to support long-term account growth and retention
- Serve as a key commercial contributor within a high-growth organization, helping shape strategy and drive market expansion
Key Points:
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets
- Proven success selling into complex, highly matrixed healthcare or life sciences organizations across commercial, patient engagement, and strategic business functions
- Experience structuring, developing, and closing high-value enterprise partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex, consultative solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Background in digital, data, technology, or SaaS-based solution sales is strongly preferred
- Strong new business hunter mentality with a proven ability to open doors, create pipeline, and win net-new accounts
- Able to leverage existing industry relationships while independently driving prospecting efforts with support from internal business development resources
- Comfortable leading commercial negotiations, including master service agreements, scopes of work, and related contracting processes
- Familiarity with data-driven decision support, analytics, and insight-led solution selling within complex enterprise environments
- Skilled at building senior-level relationships grounded in trust, credibility, and long-term value creation
- Highly consultative and client-focused, with a strong ability to align solutions to strategic business needs
