Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing global technology consulting firm seeking an accomplished Head of Sales – North America to lead and scale its U.S. sales organization.
This executive will play a pivotal role in accelerating North American growth by leading enterprise sales, developing high-performing sales teams, expanding strategic customer relationships, and helping shape the company’s go-to-market strategy.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will be a key member of the executive leadership team and will have the autonomy to build, coach, and grow the North American sales organization.
This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales leader who has successfully helped scale a technology consulting business and enjoys building organizations—not simply managing them.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the North American enterprise sales organization.
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Drive new logo acquisition and strategic revenue growth across enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute the North American go-to-market strategy.
- Partner closely with executive leadership on long-term growth initiatives.
- Build scalable sales processes, forecasting, territory planning, and organizational structure.
- Participate in executive-level customer engagements and strategic pursuits.
- Collaborate with marketing, alliances, pre-sales, and delivery teams to maximize growth opportunities.
- Present strategic growth plans, organizational recommendations, and business initiatives to executive leadership.
Required Experience
- 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise sales organizations within an IT services or technology consulting company.
- Proven success building and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
- Demonstrated history of driving significant revenue growth.
- Experience recruiting, developing, and leading enterprise sales professionals.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders internally and externally.
