Position Name:  Director, Client Services (Pharma Tech) - Clinical

Location:  Flexible

Position Description:   The Director of Client Services works closely with the project management team to manage client relationships and ensure exceptional client experience.  Acts as the point of contact for clients and internal partners to identify opportunities and solve client business challenges.

Ideal Candidate:   

• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marking, public relations, public health or business (Master’s preferred but not required); PMP Certification is a plus
• 8+ years’ experience working in clinical trials, medical communications, medical educations, marketing / advertising; agency or CRO experience preferred
• Responsible for mentoring and inspiring the junior team.
• Must have experience leading a team – 2 years supervisory experience
• Independently and manages a portfolio of Pharma clients 
• Acts as a project manager by overseeing projects from kick-off to final delivery
