Position Name: Director of Compliance - Commercial Pharma

Location:  Remote

Position Description:  Responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to data protection and privacy requirements across its technology, products, services, and change management functions. Play a crucial role in identifying initiatives to enhance the overall governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) framework. Also responsible for maintaining up-to-date privacy forms, policies, standards, and procedures.

Ideal Candidate:   

• 3 years of experience in a GRC or GRC-related role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Knowledge of the AdTech and/or Healthcare industry is highly desirable.
• Preferred certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) will be an advantage.
