Position Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator  with The Pharma:Health Practice at SCI, you will help build relationships with some of the fastest growing and most innovative organizations in Digital Health. As you progress, our training program helps develop a comfort level with each piece of the executive search process.

As a Associate Director, New Client Development, you’ll be engaging with top candidates and/or clients, using a combination of phone, email, text and social media outreach.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential client companies within your industry.
• Call hiring managers to build relationships and create new business partnerships.

Ideal Candidate:   

• Experience in sales and a high comfort level with outbound phone communications is required
• Basic knowledge of Pharma, Digital Health, Clinical or Technology terms is preferred.
• Driven, creative thinkers, smart workers which are personally accountable and are interested in sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Lives a commutable distance from our office in Fairfield, NJ.

First year base salary plus commissions could equal $60K-$75K with an aggressive uncapped commission structure.  Second year and beyond can scale to six-figures plus!  Additional benefits available.
