About the Role

  • Serve as a senior strategic partner to life sciences clients, guiding the design and execution of real-world data (RWD) and real-world evidence (RWE) initiatives.
  • The position integrates scientific expertise with commercial strategy to translate research needs into high-quality, data-driven studies and consulting engagements.
  • Collaboration with internal research, product, and business development teams ensures delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and sustained account growth.

Key Points:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, aligning business goals with real-world research opportunities.
  • Translate client objectives into tailored study proposals and evidence-generation plans.
  • Build enduring partnerships and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion or follow-on studies.
  • Design and oversee real-world research programs using data from electronic health records, claims, registries, and other real-world sources.
  • Apply epidemiologic and statistical methodologies to assess treatment patterns, outcomes, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of real-world data (EHR, claims, registries) and associated methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal research and analytics teams to ensure scientific rigor and alignment with client goals.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, regulatory guidance, and best practices in RWE and health outcomes research.
  • Oncology or specialty therapeutic area experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute RWE or HEOR studies with cross-functional teams.
