The Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive net-new business growth and develop strategic client relationships. This is a hunter-focused role responsible for helping enterprise organizations navigate complex digital transformation initiatives while selling high-value consulting and technology services.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities and win enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with executive and business stakeholders
  • Lead consultative sales engagements focused on digital transformation and customer experience modernization
  • Position solutions across software engineering, AI, cloud, platform modernization, and digital experience initiatives
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close
  • Collaborate with strategy, solution, and delivery teams to develop winning proposals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success selling IT consulting, digital engineering, software development, or digital transformation services
  • Strong new-logo hunting and enterprise business development experience
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles
  • Consultative, relationship-driven approach to selling
  • Experience with customer experience, digital platform, CMS modernization, or related initiatives is a plus
