Position Description:

As a Recruiting Associate with The Pharma:Health Practice at SCI, you will help build some of the fastest growing and most innovative organizations in the market today. As you progress, our training program helps develop a comfort level with each piece of the executive search process. Our “Talent Scout Mentoring Program” is based on 31+ years in the recruiting industry and will give you the opportunity to learn from the ground up.

With an abundance of current client activity, as a Recruiting Associate, you will have the available positions ready to go. Through a combination of phone, email, text and social media, you’ll be engaging with top candidates and/or clients. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships by lead generation via LinkedIn as well as utilizing our database of potential candidates with support from our Market Research Team
• Digital outreach such as email, text, InMail via LinkedIn Recruiter as well as phone call/cold calling
• Speak with and further qualify candidates timing, interest and experience to help fulfill our clients’ needs. 

Ideal Candidate:   

• Bachelor's degree is required and/or 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in sales and a high comfort level with outbound phone communications is required
• Self-motivated, creative thinkers, intelligent workers, and interested in having the ability to control their success.
• Highly ambitious and resilient mindset
• Any applicant would have to live a commutable distance from our office in Fairfield, NJ. 

First year base salary plus commissions could equal $50K-$75K.  Second year and beyond can scale to six-figures plus.  Additional benefits available.
