Position Description:

As a Sales Enablement Associate with The Pharma:Health Practice at SCI, you will assist our recruiters with various tasks. You will be a critical support resource for our Lead Recruiters enabling them to stay in their market and identify potential candidates for open job orders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: add notes and resumes to candidate profiles, update contact information and organize ATS by coding and assigning candidates to a targeted list based on experience and geography.
• Sales Enablement: Assist recruiters with administrative tasks such as scheduling candidate interviews, utilizing the database to produce potential candidates and creating / executing outreach campaigns. 

Ideal Candidate:   

• Entry-level, part-time, fully in-office position.
• The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, has impeccable retention and organizational skills, adaptability. Ability to grow into full time with consistent and reliable production.
• Lives a commutable distance from our office in Fairfield, NJ.
  

$15 - $18 an hour, depending on experience, with potential to earn bonuses and move into a salary position after 6 months.
